Founder, Yasmeen Tadia, is the single mother of a charming 5-year-old boy who, like any self-respecting child, loves sugar. They say necessity is the mother of invention, and so it is that this mother invented a flavorful, all-natural, gluten-free, vegan, hand spun cotton candy called Sugaire™.

The entrepreneurial vision behind transforming childhood delicacies into adult experiences began with Ms. Tadia's first creation: a low-calorie, gluten-free, vegan, mini cotton candy pop called Fluffpop® Gourmet Cotton Candy. This sugary pouf came in the quest for a reasonably healthy candy alternative for her son, but Ms. Tadia’s professional experience since graduating from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business gave her the confidence to turn her not-so-fluffy vision into reality. She spent the last ten years in Corporate America holding a variety of management positions in Human Resources.  Ms. Tadia spent the last five of those years as the Corporate Director of Human Resources for a large hospitality company based out of New York City.  With the birth of her son, Ms. Tadia’s life took a turn for the sweeter.  In fact, her Fluffpop company motto is “Make Your Life Sweeter.”

In addition to her SWEET endeavor of Fluffpop®, Ms. Tadia recently launched another start-up called HotPoppin®, a handcrafted gourmet popcorn company.  She also runs HR Evolved, a consulting firm geared towards fueling her passion for Human Resources and Strategic Management.

What does the future look like?  Ms. Tadia and the Make Your Life Sweeter® team is looking to develop Sugaire into a worldwide franchise, with a presence in all major markets around the world.

Ms. Tadia's philanthropic passion has enticed her to create a non-profit that hopes to inspire others and also give her son the opportunity of interacting with those less fortunate. The non-profit, called Random Acts of Sweetness®, launched in Fall of 2014 with her #spreadingsweetness campaign.
